Print out the Camper Rules & Guidelines. Go over these rules with your campers at a pre-camp meeting.

Step One: register your church
download, print, and mail in church registration form along with your $35 church deposit.

Step Two: pay deposits for your campers
download, print, and mail in camper deposit form along with your $25/per camper deposit.

Fill out these forms and bring them with you to camp saved on a CD or USB drive. ALSO, Email these forms to brandon@cfwell.com between Wednesday July 7, 2010 and Sunday July 11, 2010 at 5pm.

Special Instructions for Sponsors:
1. read the sponsor handbook before arriving to camp

2. Sponsors are required by Texas law to undergo the Child Protection Training Course (available on Alto Frio's website), have their names and birthdate referenced on the DPS Sex Offender Database (follow these instructions), and undergo a Criminal Background check.

Proof of the above items can be shown by bringing an approval letter from your church pastor affirming the completion of the above items. Please follow the sample letter to ensure compliance.

Your church is responsible for keeping record of completion of all items for each adult sponsor should further documentation be requested.

3. we will make ID cards for each sponsor to wear while at camp. Please email a photo of each sponsor (name the file firstname_lastname of sponsor) to brandon@cfwell.com before Wednesday July 7, 2010.
